Aftermarket Throttle Body Injection (TBI) Dual Injector Pod Assembly with Integrated Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR).
Replacement for GM Rochester Model 220 2-Barrel TBI systems.

Fits Engines: 4.3L V6, 5.0L V8, 5.7L V8 (Rochester 220 TBI systems).
Fuel Pressure
Fuel Pressure: Factory pre-set at 12 PSI (Operating range 9-13 PSI).
System Compatibility
System Compatibility: Low-pressure TBI fuel systems only. Not for high-pressure (29+ PSI) systems.
Premium Replacement
Premium Replacement: Direct-fit aftermarket replacement aluminum casting base and cover block engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Important Notes
Excludes Injectors: This is the housing and regulator only. Fuel injectors are NOT included.
Must reuse or match correct flow-rate injectors for specific engine displacement (4.3L vs 5.0L vs 5.7L).
7.4L (454) Exclusion: Does NOT fit 7.4L V8 big block TBI units. 7.4L uses larger bore diameters and a different regulator spring rate.
Fuel Line Seal Check: Ensure all small O-rings and gaskets are lubricated with light oil or fuel stabilizer before seating
to prevent pinched seals during installation.
Torque Warning: Do not overtighten the injector pod mounting bolts. Aluminum housing threads strip easily.
Torque to factory specification (approx. 27-35 in-lbs).
