This is one of many filters from the estate of a photographer who took great care of his gear. I rate the glass in the 99% range.

• Glass Condition: Excellent.  Any tiny marks are very few, subtle and isolated. In the realm of needing a magnifier to confirm them. There are no actual scratches.
• Cosmetics: Not mint, because it is used. The filter threads are in excellent shape with no dents or dings.
• Edge Detail: Around the outer ~half-millimeter where the glass meets the ring, tiny specks of dust may be trapped. It is very hard to clean that tight edge.
• Image Impact: Zero effect on your photos. As that outer edge sits outside the light path, even on full-frame cameras and especially not relevant with smaller crop sensors (APS-C)
