This is a Xtool D8W Bluetooth scan tool. It appears that this needs either a new LCD display or the touch screen digitizer. I plugged the charger in and the power button fades one and off blue indicating it's charging. I can hold the power button down to turn it on and it stays solid and also makes an audible chime indicating it powered on. The screen just shows some lighter colored columns. A couple times some screens did come on with pages. I tried to photograph them. They would not respond to touch and would eventually fade to black. This comes with everything pictured, cords and Bluetooth dongle. I found links to both screen and digitizer which run around 90 dollars. I just don't have the time to fix.

The scan tool is cosmetically in great shape. The factory screen protector is still on. It does not show any signs of damage that may have caused the screen issue.
