This is Britain's set #2080, The Royal Navy with Officer marching at the slope.  Britains produced these sets between 1953 and 1961.  This set is rather rare for a post war set  The figures are in near mint condition.  The insert and the box are in excellent condition.  The figures are not tied in.  I bubble wrapped them, put them inside the box and shrunk wrapped the box so they can't move around in shipping.  These come from a smoke-free home environment.  Buyer pays shipping. handling and appropriate insurance fees.  These will ship USPS Priority with tracking and appropriate insurance.

A little about me:
I have dabbled with buying and selling all my life.  Early last year I purchased some toy soldiers and started selling them on eBay.  The fellow I bought them from said he had a few more that he would like me to sell for him.  A few thousand toy soldiers later I got hooked.  Now, I am a retired teacher.  I am not doing this for a living.  I do this for fun and to keep myself busy.  That said, my prices are generally lower than most others on eBay.  Because of this, I don't have a lot of room to accept low offers.  I have priced the majority of my stuff just high enough to cover what I paid for it, eBay's share, shipping supplies and other expenses, and to have enough to pay the IRS! haha!!  So, don't be too upset if I do not accept your offer or send you a counter-offer with a brief explanation as to why.  I hope you enjoy my stuff, as much as I do learning about them and selling them here on eBay.

See my ever-changing inventory from many makers of quality toy soldiers in my other listings, including but not limited to:  All the Queen's Men, Alymer, Bastion, Blenheim, Britannia, CBG Mignot, Ducal, F.G. Taylor & Sons, Hiriart, Imperial, John Hill & Company (Johillco), L. Burgess, Little Legion, Marlborough, Marx, Nostalgia, Ron Wall, SAE, Steadfast, Tradition, Trophy Miniatures of Wales, Zinnfiguren and new, vintage and limited edition sets from Britain's Toy Soldiers; and still others from Unknown makers!

Shipping charges.  My item pricing takes into account the cost of packing the items safely and securely.  I use USPS Priority or UPS Ground.  This shipping is faster, tracked and is adequately covered with insurance.  I may use USPS Ground Advantage if my original asking price has been reduced through offers or the item is priced less than $25.

Buying multiple items?
If you purchase multiple items from me you will be charged for shipping on every item.  After I pack your box and make sure there is appropriate insurance on it, I pay for the shipping and I will reimburse you the "over-payment" you made on shipping.  I have to do this because all eBay does is add the weights together.  They do not account for a larger box, if needed, or for additional insurance if the value of your items is more than $100.00.  I cannot afford to lose money on shipping and I have no intention of making additional money from you for overcharging you on shipping!  Thank you for your understanding.
