The handle is 3.5" and the long blade is 3".  Has two different can openers and then another smaller blade or tool...not sharp so not sure what it is.  I am not a knife collector.

My pics show a lot of reflection on the blades of colorful items on my walls and then the main blade is reflecting that box behind it which is like scales or something so I apologize.  The blades do show some use wear and marks.  The "imperial" wording is worn.  I think you can still get a good idea of condition from all of the pics that I took.  Please ask if concerned about anything and I will do my best to answer, but it is in overall good used condition.
