A Excellent conditioned leased Air Congo Caravelle 2R(11R) at Toulouse-Blagnac airport and a Very Scarce Air Congo label. Photo measures 9 3/8" x 7 1/4" with Multiple stamps which includes, "19 octobre 1967-"Toulouse-Blagnac". The Air Congo label measures 3 3/4" x 2 7/8" with Full gum, No hinge marks.

Air Congo fleet at this time was still largely piston powered with 2
DC-6s, 8 DC-4s, 11 DC-3s, 2 C-46s and a variety of smaller Beech
aircraft, Pipers and Cessna's. Renewal was begun in May 1967 with the
year long lease of a single Laker Airways BAC One-Eleven. As
a longer term move a pair of Caravelle 2Rs were acquired at the cost
of about GBP 1.5 million each. The first joined in October 1967 and
the second in mid-1968.”
