• Our business hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Location

• Located in Dandenong, Melbourne.
• NO COUNTER AT DANDENONG SITE: Please note that we DO NOT have a sales counter at our Dandenong site—it is a warehouse only. Warehouse staff will not be able to assist you with sales inquiries.

Fitment compatibility

• Our listing will display some fitment model and year ranges. This information is broad, and not accounting for engine types, packages, options, and firmware. We recommend contacting our team about fitment compatibility with your vehicle before ordering an item, as there are often multiple variants of each part within any given model year.
• In most case our team will be able to determine fitment compatibility using your vehicle's 17-digit VIN. However in some cases we will require information physically on your damaged/faulty unit, which can be due to firmware versions or inaccuracy in the manufacturer's parts catalogue.

Viewings

• Part viewings are NOT available. However we do ensure that we take detailed photos of each item before putting them away into storage. If you are concerned about fitment or condition please message us.

Pickups

• Pickup is unavailable through eBay, with the exception of certain items such as sunroofs, towbars and wheel sets. Please refer to the listings delivery options.

Postage and Handling

• We offer standard & express delivery to most locations within Australia.
• Oversized items typically are sent with freight carriers who easy access for trucks & trollies. Some apartments, rural areas, or gated properties can be unsuitable. In these cases our team will request an alternative address.
• Engines and transmission will typically need to be delivered to a commercial address (such as a workshop or factory.)
• To avoid delays, we recommend supplying your vehicle's full 17-digit VIN when ordering—as our team will usually need to perform a fitment check before dispatching an item.
• Strictly no international shipping through eBay.

Returns and Warranties

• BM Spares European provides a standard 3-month part warranty on all items purchased. If the part we supply is faulty of damaged we will either supply a replacement or arrange a return & refund.
• Returns and warranty claims must be made through eBay. Claims must be accompanied by a detailed description of the fault.
• We will deal with all warranties and faulty claims in a fair and reasonable manner, and according to Australian Consumer Law. However we reserve the right to investigate all warranty claims thoroughly.
