Knowing some of the office staff at the time, I was a guest of Creation Records at the second night of the two original Knebworth concerts in 1996. These concerts are about to celebrate their 30th anniversary this very weekend! As VIP guests we were picked up in a customised red London double decker bus from Regents Park on the morning of the show, driven to Knebworth, driven back afterwards. At the concert the orange wristband gave you access to a large tented village of backstage hospitality including the main Creation Records tent, which not every VIP guest had access to. There were various different colours of wristbands on the night but everyone wanted the orange one. In the Creation tent were a number of free items including the ultra rare pop-up binoculars as seen in my photos. I never used them at the concert and have actually never taken them out of the little plastic bag, which was always far too small for them. I also got given a stick of rock which I ate on the bus going back to London. My ticket is in really good condition as I recall putting everything into my satchel for the concert and then put them all in a shoebox in the attic for safe keeping, knowing that one day they would be of interest to a new generation of fans. After 30 years of keeping them safe I’m ready to hand them over to a new owner. These are genuine, original, items from my own collection. Any questions please ask.

I’ll pay for postage and will use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed next-day delivery which includes up to £750 compensation cover unless instructed otherwise by the buyer. I could also arrange an in person collection at a Manchester city centre location if preferred.
