This is an original Soviet-era decorative/award pennant, made from high-quality natural velvet with beautifully embroidered gold lettering and decorative gold fringe.
The pennant features a Lenin profile emblem at the top.
Excellent collector's condition — appears unused or very lightly stored.
The velvet retains its rich burgundy color and the embroidered lettering is bright and well preserved. The decorative gold fringe is complete.
