Fraudulent & Abusive Returns

With respect to honest buyers, we do report and block dishonest and inexperienced buyers who misdiagnose their appliance, order the wrong part, or damage it, then abuse returns by starting false returns, claiming: “Arrived Damaged”, “Missing Parts or Pieces”, "Item is Defective",  “Received Wrong Item, “Doesn’t Fit”, or “Doesn’t Match Description or Photos” to trick ebay return and make it look like seller’s fault to avoid paying return shipping, reporting will include all agencies listed below.

Seller Shipping, Return & Fraud Policy:

Sale is final, sorry returns are NOT offered on our tested items

With respect to honest buyers, we do block and report Scammers, Fraudsters, and Return Abusers to: ebay, FTC, IC3, GAO, BBB, IRS (US Buyers), USPIS (Mail Fraud 18 U.S.C. § 1341.), Facebook Reviews, badbuyerlist.org, Google Reviews, and “eBay’s Law Enforcement Security Center”.

We use plastic (non-conductive) Tamper Evident Stickers and hidden UV marks on our parts, we keep photos of the sold item with security marks prior to shipping showing shipping label

Tampering or removing Security Labels on returned items voids all types of returns, will be considered fraud and reported.

We don’t set shipping prices, we only provide ebay with package weight and dimensions, ebay calculates shipping based on buyer’s distance from seller. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please contact us if you see high shipping amount, we will switch to a different courier to suit your budget.
