Waterman's W3 fountain pen. 14 carat gold nib. Lever filled. I have not been inside the pen to investigate the bladder but let's just say it will need a new one. The body is in good condition as it's the cap and there isn't any cracks in either the pen or the body but it does show regular signs of use..
