Returns / Exchanges: - Before any return, please obtain agreement by email, in order to process the return in the best conditions. - An item can be returned to us within 15 days of dispatch (postmark taken as proof) provided that it has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging. - Round-trip postal costs caused by a return are the responsibility of A Bijoux after the customer's request. - We will exchange the item for another model. - A refund will be possible IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT.
