Badger Fetish w Offering Bundle

The badger is tenacious, goal oriented & resourceful, with a grounded energy associated with persistence. He represents the sacred direction of the south. He assists his brother, the bear, in finding healing medicine like roots. The offering bundle on his back is symbolically a gift to the the animal to energize & sustain him. This chunky badger was carved from serpentine in dark grey with blooms of color in chartreuse yellow green. His eyes are inset with blue glass beads. The offering bundle tied to it's back has a Mother of Pearl arrowhead, turquoise stone & glass beads. It measures approx. 1” H” x 2.75” L x 5/8” D. Weighs 34.93g. Unsigned.
