This is a Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Decade (2016 Ver). The figure is a bit used since this was originally pre-owned and also does not come with the Violent-Emotion head. The joints on the figure are a slightly loose and would only recommend buying this if you dont mind that or have some way to tighten them up.
