I have owned it since June 2014, with the previous owner from 2002 (2 owners in 24 years!) It was from a retiring woman who sold it to me from Chelmsford Essex. This car comes with 2 sets of keys, PDI sheet, manuals, SH, MoT’s, Receipts. New timing belt in 2023. 

I’ve been a member of the Mk1 Golf Owners Club since purchased. The MFA works as it should, Miles, Oil Temp, MPG etc, with no bleed on the screen either. Engine numbers, stickers, panel plates match. Still has inner door & boot sticker.

Cassette Player Works, on occasions it does slip, not often at all but does now & again, Radio works fine too, not any preset stations as the permanent live has been disconnected - a 5 minute job, press hold the a number & the station presets. remember this is FM/AM analogue :o) 

It has the original number plates from new & original dealer rear window sticker. 

Windows are etched with the registration. It also has a Laserline immobiliser fitted that works. 

The glove box opens & stays as it should. 

It is a Quartet Edition that came in 64 possible different colour combinations - this one in all white, magazine/brochure included to see the combinations that were available. 

White tonneau cover as well, hooks onto the rear roof loops as it should. 

Rear parcel shelf is untouched, no speaker holes, just carpet as it was when it left the factory, like most of the car.

Recently passed MoT without advisories. 2 new front tyres fitted, Continental tyres front & back. 

Alloys are in very good condition, that is the only thing that has been restored on this car. Diamond cut Scala/Avus alloys
