I am selling a refurbished iPod Classic 7th Generation from 2009 with a new battery, new green faceplate (has plastic film on the display), 256GB Flash memory and complete original box (matching serial number). This is the newer model that recognises the headphone remote, has a bit more RAM than others and can handle 1TB of internal storage or more. However, I think 256GB is more than enough for thousands of songs and movies. You can also install quite a few games on it (look it up). It will be sent completely formatted and reset to factory settings of course.

Most of the parts are original on it except the faceplate, the battery and the internal storage. It has a microSD adapter with 2 x 128GB cards instead of the traditional HDD. The faceplate is a new replacement part but very nice quality. The display has no issues, no pixels stuck or broken, the click wheel is very sensitive and works perfectly fine. The device runs perfectly and is in very good condition for original back/wheel. I have also added weights to it so that it feels closer to the original weight. It’s not exactly as heavy - but it does not feel like an empty shell.

This iPod has been purchased from a collector along with quite a few more which I haven’t had time to address. The iPod was working perfectly fine before as well, but you never know with original HDD and batteries how long they will continue working before they swell or break down and you lose all data. So it’s safer and more future proof to fix them. I would never sell a time bomb to someone else just to ruin my reputation as a seller for a bit of profit.

This is a perfectly functional iPod with a new battery and flash memory. It should work fine for at least another 10 years. The battery also lasts longer than before because there is no HDD to use a lot of power to spin the disk.

It comes complete with the original matching serial number box, original 30pin Apple cable and a dock adapter. I will include a pair of original headphones as well but not sure if you want to use them.
