100% AUTHENTIC - Great overall condition with some cosmetic signs of use. The bridge has been professionally repaired by an optician - one of the metal pieces that holds on the silicone nose pads was soldered back in place (see pics).  The lenses are an unknown prescription and need to be replaced.
