Additional comments:

All the light seals have been renewed not just the film ones, that's the film compartment/ Mirror buffer and the ones surrounding the Focus Screen. (every one of these Fuji's of this age will need all the seals replacing).

There are two specks of old foam behind the focus screen but that's common with age and the replacement procedure, it does not affect the view within the viewfinder when in use.

Camera case and strap have been cleaned and sanitised.

DESCRIPTION

Film has been run through to confirm Loading, Counter and Removal mechanisms are operating correctly.

The camera is operating correctly at all shutter speeds 700secs/500/250/125/60/30/15/8/4/2 and B.

The camera has been lens tested to confirm Aperture tab/Light Meter communication is working.

Viewfinder window is nice and clear and the prism & focus screen are in excellent condition.

 Light Meter needle and speed indicators are working correctly within the viewfinder.

The Mirror and shutter housing dust traps have been cleaned and are spotless.

The case and strap have both been sanitised and are in Mint condition.

ASA dial is working and adjusting Light Meter correctly.

Film compartment has been tested for light fastness.

Tested and working with an Auto Winder.

Flash Hot Shoe tested and working.

New light seals fitted through out.

Battery compartment is spotless.

Shutter button lock operational.

DOF preview button is working.

Timer is working correctly.

New batteries.

AS A SELLER

I am very fussy with my own equipment, so when it comes to selling to buyers. I take the time to deep clean, sanitise and then check 'EVERY' function prior to listing, I like to think they are some of the best available, and something I would be very confident to give as a present, and also receive and use myself.

RETURNS

If on checking the item over, you are not 100% happy with it, I will happily refund the purchase cost & your postage, once the item has been safely returned.

UK POSTAGE

As much as I would love to use 'cheap couriers', it's proven to be unreliable in the past, plus many of these companies do not insure lenses & cameras against loss/damage in transit.

I only send with Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service, so it's guaranteed to arrive safely & in good time.

GLOBAL SHIPPING

Postage is through 'ebay's global postage' at ebay's set prices.

Once purchased, I post the item to ebay's central UK shipping centre, where the parcel is re addressed and forwarded to the buyer, any Import tax will be shown on the buyers ebay page and will need to be paid by the buyer.

EQUIPMENT CHECKS

Every function of the camera will be 'tested in accordance to the instruction manual for the model'.

Cameras are then given a deep clean, Light seals renewed as standard (I do not use flimsy ready made ones, quality replacements are hand cut and fitted).

Please note that most cameras of a certain age, will have crumbling foam light seals, if these are not replaced your developed film will be spoilt by light leaking into the film compartment.

CONDITION MEANINGS:

Mint

As new.

Excellent

Shows no signs of wear to the body, all functions have been tested and are working correctly.

Very Good

Body shows only slight signs of use, such as mild rub marks on chassis paint or faint cleaning marks, all tested and working.

Good

All functions tested and working but body has age related scuffs and wear marks, the mechanical operation may be slightly stiff/loose but is still totally useable.

Average/Fair

Bodily it's a bit worn, scuffed and knocked about, while it may not look its best, it is still useable.

Display

Cosmetically good but not working for the reasons stated.

Spares/Repair

Not working for the reasons stated. Ideal if you can repair or wish to use for parts.

Untested

Means condition is as the pictures show as I have not examined it. Best bought assuming it's NOT working, as then we'll both be pleasantly surprised if it does.
