Playmobil 4279 Suburban House set. Incomplete, sold as shown for parts, repair, display, or rebuild.

The majority of the house structure is included, including the main walls, roof halves, front entrance, windows, shutters, staircase/ladder, garden base pieces, mailbox, outdoor table and chairs, two figures, original manual, and assorted extra Playmobil home-themed accessories.

Known missing/issues:

- Incomplete set

- Main upstairs balcony structure is missing, leaving the upper front area open

- Missing small grass strip for the back garden

- Front red support pillar is broken; both halves are included and may be repairable with glue

- Some pieces have discoloration/yellowing from age/storage

- Included plants/flowers may not be original to this set

- Two included figures have loose joints

- Assorted extra accessories are mixed bonus pieces and may not all belong to set 4279

Battery-powered doorbell piece has been tested and works. New AAA batteries are installed.

Includes original instruction manual, Playmobil connector/key tool, spare connector pegs, and a bag of assorted bonus Playmobil household/accessory pieces.
