Shipping & Cancellation

Standard orders can be canceled free of charge any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies instead. Special-order / custom-ordered parts cannot be canceled or returned once placed.

Return Policy

Most parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, uninstalled, unused condition with original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to opened eligible items (waived for unopened or defective/damaged parts). Clearance/as-is items, opened fluids, chemicals, gaskets and seals are final sale.

Electrical Parts Policy

Opened electrical components (sensors, modules, wiring) are non-returnable once installed or removed from original packaging, except for manufacturer defects. Please confirm fitment and compatibility before installation.

Warranty

Parts are covered solely by their manufacturer's warranty terms, not by a separate Iconic Garage warranty. We strongly recommend professional installation — damage caused by improper or DIY installation is not covered under warranty.

Payment is due at time of purchase. Listed prices exclude applicable tax and shipping unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice.
