I can not say for certain who this team is of, but the crest can be seen in some of there uniforms and it clearly has the letters TVP. It is likely from the early 1900s to 1930s at the latest.

It is aged and worn and shows it along the edges. One small stain in the middle that I am hesitant to try to clean and a small tear along the one side. See photos for reference to description.
