The necklace is 2" wide.  The front shows the elk surrounded by a clock with the letters, "BPOE."  The back says, "National Convention Chicago ILL. 1976, Drop in the mailbox, numbered 3447." Providence R.I."  This is in used condition.  The front has a few minor marks, and the back has a copper color in it.  It is rather heavy, and it has a ring closure.   It is a striking piece.
