Purchased damaged from a customer so it has not passed through Copart or any auction we bought the car and repaired it in house via my business Jon Seal Sportscars 

As the car was directly bought from the previous owner I got the service book (fully stamped) and both keys 

It only has 10k on the clock 

The main damage was  repair to the rear clam, replacement front clam, rear wheel, rear diffuser and rear sill cover. The car would have been hpi clear and repaired under insurance but (see last pic) we discovered a tiny tap on the top edge of the chassis where an armco had put a dent in the chassis near the AC fill ports. This was the only reason the car was written off. No airbags were deployed.

The damage does not affect the car in any way. We completed the rest of the repair to insurance level standards this is not a lashed up quick repair its had a full clams of seals off doors stripped down colour change to Porsche Viper green and has done very little road mileage since. 

It has the usual 380 Spec with Carbon seats, carbon rear hatch, carbon front hatch, Open gate shifter

The AC Works everything runs straight and true this is not a copart cheapo rebuild! 

£50000 I have reduced it from £52k and cannot take any less for it. The market for high end V6 Exiges is crazy at the moment and this car would be worth £65000 at least without the cat status. 

Selling partly due to ill health so not looking for a PX although a nice Lotus (2004 onwards)  or Alpine A110 would be considered but no other cars. Bank transfer on collection only.

Due to health matters I do not want to get involved with lengthy messy sale processes if you think you want it I will return a call if you message a number. The car is of the highest standard abnormally good for any type of repaired cat car in the Lotus world.
