Preowned. In good condition. Cosmetically in good condition but does have a small chip/ dent to the side as seen in the photos. The watch winder has been tested and works with batteries ONLY. Does not work with the power supply. When plugged in the light goes red and goes off. However, when tested with 4 C batteries, the item in full working order. Boxed. Box has some wear as seen in the photos. Please view the photos.
