Very nice slide rule, 1962, Japan.  There is an inner ring midway that rotates also.  Very clean.  Please look at pictures carefully.  I took very close photos showing detail any any defects.  All black printing and surface is excellent.  There is some fading in the red print on moving clear part, there is some red staining on one side, there are some scratches on outside metal near screws, the pouch has a partial split.  I'm not sure if the red stains will wipe off with cleaner, I'm not going to try.
