This poster provides a glimpse into the cultural and artistic trends of the very early 20th century, making it a valuable artifact for art enthusiasts and circus act collectors alike.


With the specific date of January 30, 1905.

There were only a limited amount produced.

This may possibly be the only example of this particular Broadside in existence.


This stone lithograph poster is printed in blue and red and has a wide assortment of typographic fonts.


Original antique posters printed in the early 20th century by James Upton of Birmingham are scarce and highly valuable.


Founded in 1852, James Upton Ltd. became one of the UK's premier color lithographic printing firms.

Widely celebrated for producing vibrant, large-scale advertisements for Victorian and Edwardian music halls, circuses, traveling theater troupes, and later, wartime recruitment campaigns.


This poster was discovered mounted to a cardstock board and has been framed behind a thick plexiglass facade.
