Vintage 1940s Official Program for midget auto racing sanctioned by the United Racing Association from Bonelli Stadium in Saugus, CA.  Billy Vukovich and Johnny Parsons raced on the day of this program.  It measures about 9 1/2" x 12" when fully opened.  The four page program is in good shape with wrinkles and corner wear.  Check photos.
