According to their website this is a BOLEK BOWL
"hand-blown clear glass, 2-3 × baked copper glaze, sandblasted decoration Inspired by the designs of leading architects and designers of the Viennese Art Nouveau Josef Hoffmann (1870-1956) and Hans Bolk (1890-1978) for the famous glassworks Johann Loetz Witwe in Klášterský Mlýn. The clean and simple shapes and the delicate ornamentation with typical leaves, bells and geometric shapes look as modern and exclusive today as they did at the time of their creation."
And -
"The VOTOČEK company produces hand-decorated glass, which is made up of several coloured layers. The relief decoration is created gradually by gently removing the upper colour layer. The crystal glass is decorated with Art Nouveau ornaments. The products could be created thanks to the high level of Czech glassmaking and good knowledge of Czech and French Art Nouveau glass."

Although this is not the older original piece - it is a wonderful and harder to find copy.
