This is a designer Ian Stuart occasion dress maybe for a MOB/G.

Size US 14 on label, I would say is a uk 14/16, see measurements on photos.

This dress has a lace and beading overlay with lace and bead three quarter sleeves.

Knee length with lace finished edge, cold shoulder neckline with broad plain blue collar.

Fully lined with boning and bra cups.

This dress is stunning and gorgeous on.

Never used only tried it on once and now a bit big.

Dry clean specialist only..

Difficult to get the right colour but I would say photo 13 of the hem is the best likeness.I would call it a cornflower blue.
