2. 60W CERAMIC HEATER: This hotend adopts 360 degree surround 60W ceramic heater, improving heating efficiency, ensuring more uniform heating, and quicker heat transfer.
3. FAST HEATING: The ceramic heater can dynamically and completely melt ABS, PETG, and other high temperature filaments, it can heat to 300℃ within 75 seconds.
4. INTEGRATED NOZZLE: The nozzle and throat adopt all metal integrated design, can be quickly removed and installed, convenient for replacement.
5. SUPPORT HIGH SPEED PRINTING: The nozzle cavity is enlarged, with a maximum flowrate of 30 mm ³/s, supporting high speed printing at 600mm/s.
6. UPGRADED MATERIALS: The throat is made of ti alloy, which can reduce heat conduction upwards. The nozzle is composed of copper alloy and hardened steel (SKD11), with a Mohs hardness of 7.8, well thermal conductivity, high temperature proofing.
7. COMPATIBLE FILAMENTS: This hot end is suitable for various filaments, such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, PLA-CF, PA-CF, PET-CF, etc.
