Here we have a rare ,very tidy, rust free Jeep Bantam M416 Trailer. It was imported from USA about ten years ago.

It has a 50mm civilian tow hitch adaptor and with a few bolts removed the military tow ring is ready to go.

It is fitted with 7.50x16 Michelin tyres in near new condition. The wheel bearings were stripped examined , re greased and reinstalled.

It has a civilian heavy duty jockey wheel and anti tip leg to the rear fitted.

It comes with a new set of indicator brake/ park lights as it is wired with American style flashing brake light indicators at the moment.( all red)

It has a jerry can holder and a step on the front left to gain access to the load 

tub.

The tub is:-

186cm long

127cm wide at the top

104.5cm  at the tub base.

It is military rated for 250kg load off road and 500kg on road. It carries more than 500kg easily. The trailer tows very well.

The park brake requires setting up.

One of the tub drain seal mushrooms is rusty but both function.

The trailer comes with the grey oversize heavy duty tarp and a spare Michelin tyre (with out wheel rim)
