This vintage clear glass has red lettering advertising the General Electric PX7 Oven that was introduced by GE in 1963. It is marked with measurements for pint, cup, ounces, and tablespoons. Advertising the oven that cleans itself electrically, it has the well-known advertising used by GE ca 1950-70s "Progress is our most important product".
It is about 4-3/4 inches tall, 2-1/2 inches in diameter at the top rim, and 2-1/8 inches at the bottom rim. The bottom rim has a glassmaker's mark that looks like the F in a shield for Federal Glass (1900-1979).
This piece of appliance advertising is also useful for measuring. For a glass over 45 years old, it is in good vintage condition - no chips or cracks, clear red lettering - and ready to use, add to a collection, or display all on its own.
