2 works 1792 1799 in 1 vol Elijah Impney bookplate Amphitruo in latin/Homer review. Rare items bound is a half calf/marble boards with some wear to boards and spin. Internally good. Has Elijah Impney bookplate -- first chief judge of the Supreme Court.
The books are
1) A Review of Mr T.B.S. Morritt's Vindication of Homer 1799. 44 pages. Bookplate on reverse of title page.
2) Amphitruo Comoedia M.A. Plauti in latin. 35 pages and 4 title pages.. Some names in pen against the Dramatis Personae one of whom is Lancelot Baugh Allen who plays Amphitruo.
