Description:
--High-Quality Material Guarantee: Made with 15% silver and other high-quality elements, this material is safe and reliable, ensuring reliable repairs on a variety of household items and ensuring peace of mind.

--Sufficient Quantity: The package contains 20 welding rods, a sufficient quantity to meet the needs of various household appliances and can be distributed for multiple welding locations.

--Excellent Performance: Significantly improves brazing alloy performance, providing improved wettability, higher strength, and a lower melting temperature. The soldering fluid penetrates even the smallest brazing gaps, resulting in stronger and tougher joints while reducing brazing time.

--Precise Temperature Parameters: Solidus temperature is 1193°F / 645°C, liquidus temperature is 1472°F / 800°C, recommended joint gap is 0.002" / 0.006", and fluidity level 3. Clear parameters ensure easy operation. 5. Widely applicable: Particularly suitable for replacing copper pipes in split air conditioners, household refrigerators, commercial refrigeration units, refrigeration system filters, and pressurized water accessories, ensuring secure and reliable connections.

Packaging:
Outer Packaging: Plastic cylinder
Contents: twenty BCup-5 welding rods

Instructions:

1. Cleaning: Use sandpaper or a cleaning agent to remove oil and oxide from the surface to be welded. Ensure it is clean.

2. Fixing: Align the workpiece, leaving a gap of 0.002"-0.006" and secure.

3. Heating: Use the welding torch to evenly heat the workpiece to above 800°C (slightly above the liquidus temperature), without burning the welding rod directly.

4. Filling: Place the welding rod in contact with the gap, allowing the heat from the workpiece to melt the brazing filler metal, allowing it to fill the gap along the entire length of the gap.

5. Cooling: Allow the workpiece to cool naturally to room temperature; do not force the temperature down.

6. Inspection: After cooling, clean any remaining debris and inspect the weld for integrity.

Note:
1. Safety Precautions: Keep away from flammable materials and maintain good ventilation; wear goggles, fire-resistant gloves, and long-sleeved work clothes.
2. Applicable Limitations: Only weld copper and copper alloys; do not use other brazing filler metals.
3. Operating Instructions: Do not directly burn the welding rod; use the workpiece heat to melt the filler metal; keep the temperature slightly above 800°C and control the heating time.
4. Cooling: Allow the workpiece to cool naturally; do not force the temperature down. Refrigeration equipment should be tested for leaks after welding.
5. Storage Requirements: Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep tightly closed after opening.
