IRELAND: 1885 envelope to Hamilton, Ontario, Canada bearing pair of 1884 2½d lilac (SG 190) neatly cancelled by Cork hooded circles dated '17 JY 85.' Light part Hamilton and '11.30 JY 27' backstamps. The envelope is addressed to Doctor Carbury (James Joseph Carbery), Bishop of Hamilton. He served as the third bishop of the diocese from his installation in 1884 until his death in 1887. Clean and attractive.

The envelope will be sent by tracked mail to local customers, or by tracked and insured airmail (Australia Post's international standard service) to overseas customers. Deliveries overseas are taking up to a month. Any import/customs duty payable is the responsibility of the buyer. For EU buyers, please ask for invoice before paying so I can adjust the total to allow for the new import duty.
