Adds 25 PCM waveforms including jazz and fusion drums, percussion, guitar attacks and finger bass, expanding the sound library while preserving the authentic character of these classic Yamaha instruments.

The Yamaha WRC02 is an original Waveform ROM Cartridge developed by Yamaha to expand the sound library of the Yamaha RX5 drum machine and the Yamaha PTX8 percussion tone generator.

Unlike Pattern or Song cartridges, the WRC02 contains additional PCM waveforms that become available directly within the instrument. These waveforms can be assigned to voices and integrated into custom kits, extending the sonic capabilities of these iconic late 1980s electronic percussion instruments.

The WRC02 includes 25 carefully selected waveforms covering acoustic and electronic drum sounds together with several instrumental attacks.
