The monograph presents a modern view of depressive disorders, their place in general medical practice and severe social and economic consequences of this disease. The prevalence, etiopathogenesis, clinical manifestations, variants of the course, the degree of severity of depressive disorders, especially in CVD, and their main diagnostic criteria according to ICD-10 are described in detail. The features of the course of the disease with somatic pathology are reflected.
