The book is to highlight that semen of Garole ram and Black Bengal buck have similar proteins (antigens) which can in future be use as the source of antigens for the production of vaccines (immunocontraceptions) in large scale commercially. Antigens in semen are actually responsible for production of antibodies in the system when introduced into the general circulation from reproductive tract through any aberrated portion and are also capable of raising antibodies when injected externally to other species which may lead to immunoinfertility. Attempt to create infertility in rabbits by using the mammalian spermatozoa may direct the scientists in future to use inter species spermatozoa for production of immune-contraceptive in large scale.
