Vintage Kershaw Model 1055 Folding Field III, made in Japan in the 1980s.
The Model 1055 is a relatively uncommon smaller variation of the classic Kershaw Model 1050 Folding Field knife. It features a clip-point blade, black synthetic handle scales with deep finger grooves, and substantial brass bolsters and liners.
Specifications:
The knife retains its factory edge and does not appear to have been resharpened.
It appears to have been carried, and there are some light scratches and signs of handling on the handle and brass fittings. The blade also has some light surface scratches from storage or handling.
The opening action is smooth and the lock-up is tight and secure.
No original box or pouch is included.
