Mackenzie-Childs home decor products have a very distinctive style.
The items I am listing have been inherited from my sister, who had a passion for the brand, especially the black & white items. 
She took very good care of them in her smoke-free home.

EACH CORNER SPORTS A CURVED PIECE OF ORANGE METAL (these are a bit dusty / dirty) - this is part of what make sit look like a "pagoda"
BLACK & WHITE COURTLY CHECK PATTERN ON MAIN BODY OF HOUSE with some faint orange & blue paint strokes randomly arranged
MORE CURVING PIECES OF METAL ON FOUR CORNERS

Outside the "door" / opening in the main part of the house, 
there is a "perch" painted green & purple with blue knobs at ends

I am happy to combine shipping to save my buyers money on postage. Please just put items in your cart; then "request total from seller". I will then send you a revised invoice with an adjusted shipping cost.

However, I have been told that if you are ordering from a phone, it may not be possible to request such a total. If that is your situation, please go ahead and pay the shipping as billed. Then, when I process your order, I will calculate the difference between shipping paid versus actual cost, and refund you any difference.
