Cover has excellent matte cover gloss The overhang is close to perfect.  The spine is clean with a small piece missing at the top of the spine The back cover  is clean and complete. Pages are supple and light cream colored.  

All in all a FINE condition pulp magazine.  Bookeys Guide lists these as $15 IN Good, $ 35 in Very Good and $75 in Fine.
