Overview

The Panametrics ABWS-6-45° is an AWS Accupath shear angle-beam wedge designed to introduce a 45° refracted shear wave in steel. It is built for AWS-case ultrasonic transducers with element sizes of 0.625″×0.625″, 0.625″×0.75″, or 0.75″×0.75″. This wedge will not fit Accupath (0.50″) or miniature case probes.
