Scott A4 803/4 four-piece fly rod.
The A4 was the final generation of Scott’s A-series and was produced around 2010. It was positioned as a mid-priced model, using simpler grip and reel-seat components while retaining strong overall rod performance.

This compact 8 ft 3 wt configuration is well suited to trout fishing on smaller streams and is convenient to transport due to its four-piece construction.
Condition:
The original rod tube and rod sock are both clean and in good condition.
The cork grip shows light use and some darkening. The wood reel seat has a few very light surface marks. The metal reel-seat hardware remains clean and functions properly. The outer edge of the butt cap has some rubbing and finish wear.
The blank is generally very clean. There are only a few extremely light surface marks that are difficult to photograph. No deep scratches, cracks, or repairs were found.
The guides and wraps appear intact, and all four sections fit together properly.
