The 1956 "DB" Deutsche Bundesbahn German Railroad Lantern by Hugo Zweigle Esslingen is a vintage piece of railway history originating from West Germany. This is in a used condition with signs of age, wear, and prior use/handling. The oil base looks to have been replaced in 1958 due to the different markings on the bottom. It has an aged patina in places as well as oxidation with a white chalky like residue in places. This can be cleaned up some - if desired. The clear and green glass looks to be in excellent condition with the red having one small hit in a bottom corner, but is still holding together and intact - see photos.
