This used 500,000 Argentinian austral note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Argentina. It is a black, red, blue, yellow, and green note and measures 155 mm x 65 mm. Its obverse side features the 15th president, Manuel Quintana. Its reverse side shows the national coat of arms and a seated Liberty (Progreso) holding a torch and shield. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of Liberty. The note was demonetized in 1993.
