Preparation

1. Add 200ml of water to your flask or bottle.
2. (Optional) Add a Maurten Addition for flavour.
3. Empty one sachet into the water.
4. Shake thoroughly until fully dissolved.
5. Allow to rest for approximately 5 minutes before consuming.

Prepared mix can be refrigerated for up to 72 hours.
