Small bundle of plant dyed and natural chambira palm fiber, 9.9 grams. This is a very strong palm fiber that is harvested from the chambira palm. Please see a video about the chambira harvest on my YouTube channel. This bundle includes natural, undyed chambira and 2 colors of plant dyed, as shown. You can also see an example of a basket woven from chambira palm fiber in the second photo. With this quantity of fiber, you may be able to weave 4 - 8 baskets like this. The fiber is rolled along the top of the leg to spin.
