This is a 2nd GEAR for Alfa Romeo 6-cylinder MILANO / GTV-6 transaxle cars. Some photos of microfiche (in listing) show it for 3.0 Milano and GTV-6. We found it in the parts room of an old Alfa shop in the original Alfa parts box. It was new. At some point, it seems the box got wet and some surface rust appeared on the gear.
