We provide 14-30 days return policy so when item is sent back a refund will ONLY be given if the tags and packaging are still intact. Washed items are strictly NOT accepted or without its original packing. We accept returns if the buyer contacts Premium Clothing within 3 days of receiving the item. Item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days. Please ensure you enclose your eBay ID and reason for return as incomplete details will delay the refund process. Cost of returning the item will also be at the buyer's own expense.

All items are handed over to the Royal Mail, which sometimes fail to deliver on time for unknown reasons. Royal Mail guidelines state we should allow Royal Mail 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. We sincerely apologise for this delay and thank you for being patient. In the meantime please check with your local sorting office just in case they tried to deliver it while you were out. Please let us know if your item does not arrive in 15 working days, after that time your item will be considered lost & we will ask you to confirm your address/size/colour to issue a replacement or a refund whichever is preferred by you. Returns & Refunds: We accept all returns within 30 days from the date of sale provided that they are not faulty and in resalable condition with original tags and packing.
