Country Life is a weekly magazine first published in 1896. It is particularly well regarded for its articles on country houses and gardens, written by noted authorities. They are usually of 4-6 pages and beautifully illustrated. There are articles on the arts and design, collecting, travel, gardening, wildlife, sport, countryside and country pursuits. It is also known for its extensive upmarket property sale advertisements.

The magazine measures about 9½" by 13", 240mm by 330mm, rather larger than current issues. I have checked to ensure that there are no cut or missing pages.
